Changhua Research Institute--Reward System

Changhua Research Institute boasts powerful R&D capacity, perfect project management and innovation systems. The R&D Project Management Regulations have been designed to specify how projects shall be initialized and developed in standardized procedures and how research funds will be managed, normalizing the R&D steps of new products and new technologies so that new products can be developed orderly. In addition, a number of motivation systems, such as Managerial Regulations on Rewarding Research Achievements and Regulations on Promoting R&D Personnel, have been designed to encourage innovation. According to these systems, various technical talents can be promoted to the status of experts as a reward to their inventions and creatives ideas, to encourage them to work hard and boost technical innovations.   

Advanced R&D facilities

Changhua Research Institute attaches great importance to R&D, putting R&D facilities into use every year. As of now, a R&D and experiment center able to carry out lab tests and pilot tests has been built, housing 11 polyether polyol lab test reaction kettles, one POP serialization lab test production line, one set of polyether refining and separating device, one set of catalyst pilot test production device. Meanwhile, a whole range of product detection instruments are in place for analysis and verification, giving strong boost and support to the R&D of new products and new technologies.
