CHP-2150 Grade I

BHT and amine-free, high functionality, high molecular weight (12000) and highly reactive polyether can be used for producing low-density and high resilience foams.

CHE-828 Grade I

Typical highly reactive, BHT and amine-free polyether with the molecular weight of 6000 is suitable for a wide range of applications; its mixture with POP can be used for producing high resilience cold-curing foams used in seat cushions of cars, motorcycles and bicycles, as well as steering wheels. Compared with 330N, products made of 828 have better resilience, however, at the cost of compromised hardness.

CHE-828P Grade I

Highly reactive polyether made with the help of new generation of catalyst, with 3 degrees of functionality and the molecular weight of 6000; compared with 828, 828P features low degree of unsaturation, low odour and low VOC, etc.

CHE-822P Grade I

Highly reactive polyether made with the help of new generation of catalyst, with 3 degrees of functionality and the molecular weight of 7500. Compared with 828, 822P features low degree of unsaturation, low odour and low VOC, etc., and products made of 822P have better resilience and low compression set.

CHP-H45 Grade I

CHK-350A Grade I

Used as original polyether polyols for ultra-soft foam and gas bearing slow resilience foam of MDI system.

CHK-350D Grade I

Used as the opening agent of high resilient slabstock foams and high resilient molded foams. They can also be used as original polyether polyols for ultra-soft foam and gas bearing slow resilience foam of MDI system.

CHE-3601 Grade I

Used as original polyether polyols for super soft foam and low resilience foam of MDI system.

CHE-828D Grade I

BHT-free and amine-free high reactivity polyether polyols with high molecular weight. The products are characterized by low odor.They are used to prepare high resilient and cold-curing foams for cushions of bicycle, motorcycle and car and steering wheels.And they can also be prepared for foams applied to fill the dashboard.

CHK-3602 Grade I

Used to prepare gas bearing slow resilience slabstock foam and molded foam of MDI system. They are more adequate with gas bearing compared with CHE-3601.And they can also used as original polyether polyols for ultra-soft foam.

CHE-3601 Grade I

Fundamental polyether for super soft foams and for low resilience foams of the MDI system, and polyether for inflated and low resilience forms can resist low temperature without getting tougher and maintain its comfortability.

CHK-3602 Grade I

Typical highly reactive, BHT and amine-free polyether with the molecular weight of 5000 is suitable for a wide range of applications; its mixture with POP can be used for producing high resilience cold-curing foams used in seat cushions of cars, motorcycles and bicycles, as well as steering wheels. It can also be used for producing the filling foam for automotive dashboards.

CHE-360N Grade I

BHT and amine-free, high functionality, high molecular weight (8000) and highly reactive polyether is widely used for producing high resilience foams and high resilience molded foams.

CHE-628 Grade I

BHT and amine-free, high functionality, high molecular weight (12000) and highly reactive polyether can be used for producing low-density and high resilience foams.

CHE-828 Grade I

Typical highly reactive, BHT and amine-free polyether with the molecular weight of 6000 is suitable for a wide range of applications; its mixture with POP can be used for producing high resilience cold-curing foams used in seat cushions of cars, motorcycles and bicycles, as well as steering wheels. Compared with 330N, products made of 828 have better resilience, however, at the cost of compromised hardness.

CHE-828P Grade I

Highly reactive polyether made with the help of new generation of catalyst, with 3 degrees of functionality and the molecular weight of 6000; compared with 828, 828P features low degree of unsaturation, low odour and low VOC, etc.

CHE-822P Grade I

Highly reactive polyether made with the help of new generation of catalyst, with 3 degrees of functionality and the molecular weight of 7500. Compared with 828, 822P features low degree of unsaturation, low odour and low VOC, etc., and products made of 822P have better resilience and low compression set.

CHP-H45 Grade I
